She has always made it a priority to surround herself with talents, choice allies and to be able to make them shine. Florence Babin-Gill, P.Eng., graduated from ETS in Building Engineering in 2008. She has an exemplary professional background, and she has become an important ally in the development and growth of MUSE. She chose to join the company as Director of Design and Construction in January 2024 because she believes in the mission and is completely aligned with the company's values.Florence, has carried out large and beautiful project designs and has participated with great success in all the projects she has had the opportunity to work on. Anyone who has the privilege of working alongside her, will testify to her passion for construction but above all, to the very high level of technical analysis she can achieve. Partners and customers are always extremely grateful to her because she has proven time and time again that a good upstream analysis can save many headaches. She has built an excellent reputation. It has a positive impact on its environment, it can establish a basis of trust even where there was barely any left. She is also a mother of 3 young girls, which adds to the talents of this inspiring and committed woman. Olivier Léger joined MUSE Management Solution in August 2024 as a Project Coordinator. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from HEC Montréal and has more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry, making him a valuable asset to our management team.His atypical professional background includes various roles, including as an exterior siding installer and residential and commercial joint puller. Olivier stands out for his perseverance, his ambition and his willingness to take on new challenges. His hard-working attitude and resourcefulness make him valuable to any team.Passionate about process optimization, Olivier likes to question and understand how they work in order to contribute to their improvement. His commitment to excellence is evident in his proactive and rigorous approach.Outside of work, Olivier is passionate about sports, science and nature. Laurie Goupil joined MUSE Solution de gestion, in May 2024. She's a young professional who recently graduated from the Bachelor of Design at the University of Montreal. In May 2024, she was awarded the prestigious "Provencher Roy" scholarship to highlight the excellence of her portfolio. His discreet personality hides a quiet strength. She knows how to make herself heard at the right time, always with relevance. With a thoughtful and constant approach, Laurie excels in her agility, in a constantly changing environment, where the challenges of construction projects are constant. His ability to juggle changing priorities and his speed of execution are valuable assets for the MUSE team.Laurie's integration into MUSE was a natural one, driven by her quest to understand the value, ways of working, and impacts of every detail associated with the projects she is involved in. His choice to join MUSE undeniably allows him not only to enrich his skills but also to grow within the company. His thirst to deepen his understanding of the complex issues of interior design and to sharpen his critical thinking led him to register and be selected for the D.E.S.S in interior design at the University of Montreal, for the Fall 2024 session.
