You will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple construction projects simultaneously, each at different stages of completion. You’ll need to demonstrate autonomy, versatility, and strong prioritization skills to ensure smooth and efficient project management.
Master the processes of the Design-Build construction method.
Manage and coordinate various construction projects.
Rigorously supervise execution quality to meet high standards.
Plan and track schedules, ensuring deadlines agreed upon with clients are met.
Maintain transparent and professional communication with all stakeholders.
Prepare detailed preliminary budgets for projects under design.
Control budgets and ensure strict and transparent cost tracking.
Quickly identify potential issues and propose appropriate solutions.
Lead follow-up meetings and ensure optimal coordination among internal and external participants.
Passionate about construction and creating functional environments.
Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Relevant experience (1 to 5 years) in construction project management, particularly in commercial or industrial settings.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and solve technical problems.
Collaborative leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management software and tools.
Valid ASP construction safety certification.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and availability for site visits.
