Mylène Hardy founded MUSE Solution de Gestion in 2023, following deep reflection on the evolution of the construction industry and her strong desire to drive meaningful change. With 25 years of experience, she has held key roles with both clients and general contractors across Canada. Her journey has allowed her to contribute to large-scale projects and seize every opportunity to refine her expertise, ultimately becoming a recognized leader in the field of project management.
Her passion for construction is inseparable from her commitment to providing clients with a unique, high-quality experience. Convinced that success stems from the strength of collaboration, she has always surrounded herself with talented individuals and strategic allies, highlighting their expertise and skills. Laurie Goupil joined MUSE Solution de Gestion in May 2024. A rigorous and promising young professional, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design from the University of Montreal. The quality of her portfolio and the strength of her approach earned her the prestigious “Provencher Roy” scholarship in May 2024, a highly regarded recognition in her field.
Behind her reserved personality lies a quiet strength. Laurie stands out for her discernment: she steps in at the right moment, with precision, and helps move projects forward with consistency. Her thoughtful and steady approach, combined with her ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, makes her a valuable asset, particularly in mandates where priorities shift quickly and execution must remain impeccable.
Driven by a desire to deepen her practice and sharpen her critical thinking, Laurie furthered her development by completing a D.E.S.S. in Interior Design at the University of Montreal. Within her cohort, she distinguished herself by receiving a mark of excellence: a scholarship from the Prix d’Excellence en design du D.E.S.S., “Coup de cœur des anciens directeurs de l’École de design,” for her project Par petites touches.
Curious, committed, and demanding when it comes to quality in every detail, Laurie integrates naturally into MUSE’s teams and methodologies. She contributes with diligence to project management while bringing a structured design sensitivity that is practical and aligned with on-site realities.

Raphaëlle Lebeau joined the MUSE team in August 2026 as a construction project coordinator. A graduate of the Interior Design program at Cégep Marie-Victorin, she began her career in custom technical drafting, where she learned to take precise site measurements and translate real-world constraints into buildable AutoCAD drawings. This dual sensibility — a designer’s eye paired with a drafter’s rigour — allows her to bridge design and construction with ease.
Organized and detail-oriented, Raphaëlle handles the day-to-day follow-up of projects: coordinating stakeholders, managing documentation, and tracking schedules and deliverables. She makes sure information flows and every phase moves forward coherently, making her a dependable anchor for the project management team.
Curious, persevering and committed, she shares MUSE’s conviction that the quality of a project rests on the strength of the collective, and has integrated seamlessly into the team’s culture and methods.

Xavier Boudreault joined MUSE in June 2026 as part of his [civil] engineering studies at Polytechnique Montréal. Drawn to the tangible side of construction — where drawings become buildings — he chose MUSE to experience project management from the inside, from the first site survey to delivery, rather than observing it from a distance.
On projects, Xavier supports the project management team in day-to-day follow-up: preparing and updating technical documents in AutoCAD, structuring project data in Excel, and tracking schedules and deliverables. He brings the analytical mindset and calculation rigour of his engineering training, along with a natural ease with digital tools that helps move our working methods forward.
Curious, methodical and quick-thinking, he asks the right questions and learns fast. His presence brings the team a fresh perspective and an energy that reflects the next generation MUSE wants to build on.
